Terms and Conditions
Seal My Pavers • Website policies
Effective and last updated: October 9, 2026
Clear terms for using our website and arranging professional paver sealing and pressure washing. Please review this page together with your project estimate and our Privacy Policy.
1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to sealmypavers.com and describe the general conditions for requesting paver sealing, pressure washing and related services from Seal My Pavers in Venice, Florida, and surrounding communities.
Website use does not, by itself, book a job or authorize work. Service terms apply when they are provided or linked to you before you accept an estimate or service agreement. Your accepted written estimate or agreement controls the project scope, price, payment schedule and any specific warranty. If it conflicts with these general terms, the project-specific agreement controls, subject to applicable law.
2. Estimates, scope and authorization
Estimates are based on the information provided, measurements, surface condition and the services described. Prices or examples on the website are general information unless expressly identified as a binding offer. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or an appointment.
Before work begins, you must approve the scope and price and have authority to authorize work at the property. Tell us about prior sealers, repairs, loose pavers, drainage issues, fragile surfaces and other known concerns. Additional work, including sealer removal, repairs or treatment of unexpected conditions, requires your approval and an agreed price before it is performed.
3. Prices, deposits and payment
The accepted estimate or service agreement will state the total price, any applicable taxes or disclosed charges, deposit requirements, accepted payment methods and when payment is due. We do not impose a cancellation fee, late fee or nonrefundable deposit under these website terms alone; any such condition must be disclosed and agreed to separately and permitted by law.
Please contact us promptly about an invoice question. Payments, refunds and disputed amounts remain subject to the written agreement and your applicable consumer rights.
4. Scheduling, weather and rescheduling
Cleaning and sealing depend on safe access, weather, surface moisture and suitable application conditions. Rain, humidity, equipment problems or other conditions may require a schedule change. Appointment times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will communicate changes and arrange another suitable date.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation charges or deposit deductions must follow the terms agreed to before booking and applicable law. We will not charge a cancellation penalty solely because we postpone work for weather or safety.
5. Cancellation and statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits cancellation, refund or other rights provided by law. If a transaction qualifies as a Florida home solicitation sale or another transaction with a statutory cancellation period, the applicable cancellation rights and required notices control. A qualifying Florida home solicitation sale generally may be canceled in writing until midnight of the third business day after the agreement is signed. Eligibility, exceptions and notice requirements depend on the transaction.
Follow the cancellation instructions and seller address in your service agreement for a statutory notice. This website page does not replace a required contract notice or cancellation form. For other cancellations, contact us by email or telephone and request confirmation. Any refund or charge for approved work already performed must comply with the agreement and applicable law.
6. Property access and preparation
Provide safe access to the agreed work areas and arrange any necessary community or HOA access and approvals. Remove vehicles, movable furniture, decorations and personal items unless moving them is included in the estimate. Secure pets, keep children away from the work area and tell us about delicate landscaping, electrical connections, damaged fixtures, pool equipment and other special concerns.
We will discuss any water or electrical access needed for your project beforehand. Do not adjust sprinklers or other equipment contrary to safety requirements; follow the preparation instructions we provide. Unsafe or inaccessible areas may require rescheduling or a revised scope agreed to by you.
7. Surface condition and expected results
Results vary with paver material, age, porosity, existing coatings, stains, drainage, exposure and maintenance. Cleaning may reveal existing cracks, worn surfaces, uneven coloration, efflorescence or other conditions previously hidden by dirt. Some stains, rust, oil marks, tire marks and mineral deposits may not be completely removable.
Sealer can deepen color and alter sheen. Photographs and samples illustrate possible results; they do not guarantee an identical appearance at every property. Cleaning and sealing do not correct structural movement, drainage defects or damaged installations unless that work is specifically included. We remain responsible for the care required in performing the agreed services; identifying existing conditions does not excuse damage caused by our work.
8. Curing, safety and maintenance
Follow the project-specific instructions for drying, curing, foot traffic, vehicle traffic, sprinklers, cleaning and returning furniture. Product requirements and weather determine the appropriate waiting period, so do not rely on a general time estimate in place of the instructions for your job. Keep people and pets away from application areas and do not cross barriers until the area is released for use.
Outdoor surfaces can be slippery, especially when wet. Use care around pool decks, slopes and sealed areas. Sealing helps protect surfaces but does not make them maintenance-free or permanently prevent weeds, mold, algae, stains or fading. Routine cleaning and suitable resealing may be needed.
9. Warranties and service concerns
Any express workmanship or product warranty will be described in your written estimate, service agreement or applicable manufacturer documentation. General statements about expected sealer life are estimates of performance, not a fixed warranty period. Nothing here cancels an express promise or a warranty or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
If you have a concern, contact us with your name, property address, job date, a description and photographs if available. We will review the concern and discuss an appropriate response. Reporting a concern promptly helps us inspect the condition; this page does not impose a shortened deadline for legal claims or require you to waive your consumer rights.
10. Text messages and other communications
Text messages are optional. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. When you affirmatively opt in, Seal My Pavers may send messages about estimate inquiries, appointment confirmations, scheduling, job status and account notifications. Providing a phone number or browsing this website alone does not constitute consent to promotional texts. Promotional messages require separate consent where required by law.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may also request that messages stop by contacting info@sealmypavers.com or (888) 214-5293. We honor opt-out requests and may send one confirmation of your request. Opting out does not cancel your service appointment; contact us to arrange updates by email or telephone.
Delivery depends on your mobile provider and is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please notify us if your number changes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle contact information and consent records.
11. Privacy and project photographs
Our Privacy Policy explains information collected through inquiries, forms, communications and website use. Please submit only information you are authorized to share and avoid sending passwords, Social Security numbers or payment-card details through ordinary contact forms, email or text messages.
Project photographs may be taken to document conditions and completed work. We will obtain your permission before using identifiable images of your property for public marketing. We will not intentionally publish your name, full street address or identifiable people without appropriate permission. Website use alone does not grant us a marketing release.
12. Website use and intellectual property
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit false requests, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, introduce harmful code or copy content for an unauthorized commercial purpose. We may restrict access needed to protect the website or address misuse.
The Seal My Pavers name, original website text, logos and photographs are owned by us or used with permission. You may view the site and share links for personal use. Reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law. General information on the site is not a substitute for an assessment of your property.
13. Third-party links and website availability
The website may link to or embed third-party forms, review sites, social platforms and other services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. A link does not guarantee their availability or endorse every statement on their pages.
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate and accessible, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every page is free of errors. We may correct errors and update information. Any website disclaimer is subject to applicable law and does not limit our obligations under an accepted service agreement.
14. Responsibility and consumer protections
Each party remains responsible for obligations under the accepted agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any injury, damage, warranty or statutory remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, prohibit an honest review or waive your right to raise a concern with a regulator.
Please contact us first if there is a problem so we have an opportunity to help. Doing so does not prevent you from using any remedy available under law.
15. Governing law and updates
Florida law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply. A dispute may be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction; nothing here removes a venue or remedy protected by law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it.
We will revise the date on this page when these terms change. Material changes will be announced on the website or communicated directly at least 30 days before taking effect, unless a shorter period is required by law or necessary for an urgent security issue. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter an already accepted project agreement without the required agreement or legal basis.
