Seal My Pavers provides paver sealing, pressure washing and related services in Venice, Florida, Wellen Park, West Villages and surrounding communities. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit sealmypavers.com, request an estimate, arrange services or communicate with us.

This policy describes our practices; it does not replace consent required by law or the separate choices presented when you sign up for text messages. Website and service conditions are available in our Terms and Conditions.

2. Information we collect

The information collected depends on how you interact with us and may include:

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and property or service address.
• Project information: requested services, measurements, surface condition, scheduling preferences, access instructions and photographs you provide or we take to document a job.

• Transaction records: estimates, agreements, invoices, payment status and related business records. Payment providers may collect payment details under their own privacy policies when you use their services.
• Website information: IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location inferred from IP address and interactions with website features, where collected by hosting, security or analytics services.
• Consent records: your opt-in or opt-out choice, the contact information involved and supporting records of when and how the choice was made.

Please provide only information needed for your inquiry or project. Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, full payment-card details or other sensitive information through ordinary contact forms, email or text messages.

We receive information directly from you through forms, email, phone calls, text messages, estimates and service arrangements. Website tools may also collect technical information automatically. Where someone arranges a project on your behalf, we may receive the contact and property details needed to coordinate that project. That person should have authority to provide the information.

Public reviews and other information you post on an external platform are handled by that platform under its own rules. If we receive a review or message, we may use it to respond to your feedback.

We use relevant information to answer inquiries; assess and prepare estimates; schedule and perform work; coordinate property access; send invoices and manage payments; provide customer support; review service concerns; maintain business, tax and consent records; protect the website against fraud or misuse; understand website performance; and meet legal obligations.

If you affirmatively opt in, Seal My Pavers may send texts about your estimate inquiry, appointment confirmations, scheduling, project status and account notifications. Promotional texts require a separate opt-in where required by law. Merely entering a phone number or using this website does not authorize promotional messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may also contact info@sealmypavers.com or (888) 214-5293 to request assistance or withdraw consent. We honor opt-out requests and may send one confirmation. Opting out of texts does not cancel an existing appointment; we can arrange communication by email or phone.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Limited access by providers that help deliver messages or maintain consent records is solely for providing those services on our behalf, or as required by law. Other sharing described below does not authorize third-party marketing use of SMS consent data.

6. When information is shared

We do not sell or rent your personal information or provide customer contact lists to third parties for their own promotional or marketing use.

11. Project photos and external websites

We may collect project photos to document existing conditions, work performed or a service concern. We will obtain permission before using identifiable images of your property for public marketing and will not intentionally publish your name, full street address or identifiable people without appropriate permission. External links, social platforms, review websites and third-party services have their own privacy policies. This policy governs our handling of information and does not control those services.

12. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for property owners and adults authorized to arrange services, and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and address it.

13. Policy updates

We will revise the effective date when this policy changes and provide additional notice or seek consent where required by law. A change to this page alone does not create consent for a new use that requires your permission.
